Breakfast Club

Supervised morning basketball workouts for adults looking to sharpen their basketball skill set while getting their daily dose of exercise at the same time.  "Cardio-day" doesn't have to be boring anymore.

 

There will be two areas available:

  • Open court: participants can perform any basketball/fitness activity they choose while sharing the space with other participants looking to do the same.

 

  • Organized basketball workout circuit designed by our coaching team (Strength & Conditioning Coach and Basketball Coach). The circuit will include the use of various equipment such as shooting machines, vertimax platforms, etc. New training circuit will be introduced each week. Workout duration is 60 minutes.

 

There are limited slots available so please register and pay online in advance. Drop in
registration and payment not permitted.

Note:

  • All equipment use is included in the participation fee.

  • Showers are available at the facility.

  • Men and women are welcome to join as well as youth 16 years of age and older.
