Coach Charles Aaron Agsaulio brings years of experience as both a player and a coach, shaping young athletes with his disciplined and passionate approach to basketball. He honed his skills as a player, competing for Saint Francis of Assisi College for four years before continuing his journey with the University of Perpetual Help Dalta. His time on the court gave him a deep understanding of the game, which he now applies to his coaching.

Since 2019, Coach Charles has been dedicated to developing players at all levels. He began his coaching career with MPAC Sports (2019-2021), then continued with UIG Sports (2021-2023), and is currently coaching at Tribe Sports. Through these experiences, he has helped numerous athletes refine their game and reach new heights.

A firm believer in discipline, respect, and hard work, Coach Charles runs intense, structured practices where fundamentals are the foundation. He focuses on footwork, finishing, ball handling, and shooting, ensuring that players bring maximum effort every time they step on the court. His philosophy is clear—how you practice is how you play—and he pushes his players to give their all. If they don’t, they won’t like sitting on the bench next to him.
