Terms & Conditions
1. Offer Eligibility
Any promotional offer or discount advertised by Dubai Tribe applies only during the published promotional period and only to the program(s) specified in the promotion.
To qualify:

Registration and payment (where specified) must be completed within the published promotional period.

The offer applies only to the participant, program, and term stated in the promotion.

All promotions are subject to availability
.2. Best Single Discount Rule
Only one promotion or discount may be applied per registration.
Promotions cannot be combined. Where multiple discounts are available, the highest single applicable discount will be applied.
3. Non-Retroactive
Promotions apply only to registrations completed during the published promotional period.
If you register or make payment before or after a promotion has ended, you will not be eligible for that promotion. Dubai Tribe will not provide refunds, credits, or price adjustments if a different promotion becomes available after your registration or payment.
4. General Promotion Conditions

Promotional offers apply only to the participant, program, and term specified in the promotion.

Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another participant, or applied to a different program or term unless expressly stated.

Dubai Tribe reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw, or replace any promotional offer where reasonably necessary. Any changes will not affect registrations already confirmed during the applicable promotional period.

All promotions remain subject to the Dubai Tribe Sessions, Absences & Credits Policy and these Terms & Conditions.
Sessions, Absences & Credits Policy
1. Term Sessions
Registration is for a specific weekly class. Each term includes a fixed number of scheduled classes for that day (for example, 15 Monday classes during the term). The total number of classes and the term closure calendar are published before registration.
2. Academy Cancellations
If Dubai Tribe cancels a scheduled Basketball School class due to a public holiday, severe weather, force majeure, or another circumstance affecting program delivery, a class credit will automatically be issued.
Public holiday dates may be adjusted following official government announcements or moon-sighting confirmations. Dubai Tribe will communicate any schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible.
Credits:
-
are valid during the current term and the following term;
-
may be redeemed against any Dubai Tribe class with available space;
-
are non-transferable;
-
have no cash value.
Credits issued during Term 3 may be carried forward and redeemed in Term 1 of the following season.
3. Personal Absences
Personal absences are not eligible for credits.
Where advance notice is provided, Dubai Tribe will make reasonable efforts to arrange a make-up class, subject to class availability.
Missed sessions without prior notice (No Shows) are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or credited.
4. Medical Absence
Participants who are unable to attend due to an extended illness or injury must notify Dubai Tribe as soon as reasonably possible.
To be eligible for consideration:

An official medical report must be submitted.

The medical report must clearly cover the dates of the missed classes.

Dubai Tribe will review the documentation and determine eligibility.
Where approved:
-
Missed classes may be made up within the current term or the following term, subject to class availability.

If the medical report confirms that the participant is medically unable to continue playing basketball for the remainder of the term, Dubai Tribe may, at its discretion, provide a pro-rata account credit or refund for the unused classes.

Make-up classes, credits, or refunds apply only to approved absences and cannot be transferred to another participant.
Payment Default
Participants enrolled under an instalment or payment plan must ensure payments are made by the agreed due dates.
Basketball Hub / Dubai Tribe reserves the right to suspend participation, withhold competition eligibility, or cancel registration where payments become overdue.
Outstanding balances remain payable even if participation is suspended.
Player Conduct
Basketball Hub / Dubai Tribe is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment.
Players are expected to:

respect coaches, teammates, opponents, officials, and staff;

follow coaching instructions;
-
demonstrate appropriate behaviour during training, games, and club activities.
Basketball Hub / Dubai Tribe reserves the right to suspend or remove a participant whose behaviour places others at risk or seriously disrupts the program. Refunds will not be provided in these circumstances.
Parent & Spectator Behaviour
Parents and spectators are expected to support all participants respectfully and refrain from abusive language, aggressive behaviour, or interference with coaching or officiating.
Basketball Hub / Dubai Tribe reserves the right to remove individuals from the facility or suspend attendance where behaviour is considered inappropriate.
Photography & Media
Basketball Hub / Dubai Tribe may take photographs and videos during training sessions, games, tournaments, and club events for coaching, promotional, educational, and marketing purposes.
If a parent does not wish for their child to appear in promotional material, they must notify Basketball Hub in writing before participation.
Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.
Basketball Hub / Dubai Tribe accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Medical Emergencies
In the event of an illness, injury, or medical emergency,
Basketball Hub / Dubai Tribe may administer basic first aid and, where considered necessary, contact emergency medical services.Parents or emergency contacts will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.
Force Majeure
Basketball Hub / Dubai Tribe shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or cancellations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to government restrictions, public health emergencies, natural disasters, severe weather, utility failures, or other force majeure events.
Where reasonably possible, affected sessions will be rescheduled or credited in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Arrival & Collection
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring participants arrive on time and are collected promptly after their scheduled class.
Basketball Hub / Dubai Tribe cannot provide supervision outside scheduled session times.
Club Team Policy
Club Team registration is a full-season commitment and secures a player's place within the team for the entire season.
Team Sessions
The club season includes scheduled team practices, local league participation, and club activities as published in the season calendar.
Academy Cancellations
If Basketball Hub / Dubai Tribe cancels a scheduled team practice, every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule the session where practicable.
Player Absences
Individual player absences due to illness, travel, school commitments, holidays, or other personal reasons are not eligible for make-up sessions, credits, or refunds.
Medical Withdrawal
Players who are unable to continue participating due to a long-term illness or injury must notify Dubai Tribe and submit an official medical report.
Where the medical report confirms that the player is medically unable to continue participating for the remainder of the season, Dubai Tribe may, at its discretion, approve a pro-rata account credit or refund for the unused training fees.
Registration fees, federation fees, apparel, competition fees, and any third-party costs already incurred remain non-refundable.
